So many amazing bands within 24 hours xD
So I recently broke 1000 plays on Suburbia…
That’s like 50 hours!
I’m sure there are a lot of people who have listened to it more, but this is a milestone for me!

There have been some amazing releases already this year (and some poor ones…) so I thought I’d rank my preferences so far:
1. Paramore - Paramore 9/10 (239 plays)
2. Fall Out Boy - Save Rock and Roll 8.5/10 (190 plays)
3. Senses Fail - Renacer 7/10 (88 plays)
4. Mallory Knox - Signals …
Now I’ve listened through The Greatest Generation several times, I can safely say that it has replaced Paramore’s S/T as my favourite album of 2013 so far. I love it.

The Wonder Years.
I really can’t wait to see them at Slam Dunk on the 25th!
I’ve only seen them once before (November 2011) and I didn’t really know any of their material. I’d seen their name bouncing around on Tumblr and they happened to be playing my hometown the weekend I was visiting, so I just bought a ticket. But despite only knowing a couple of songs, I thought they were amazing.
So now, 18 months later, they are one of my favourite bands and I’m finally able to see them live again. I cannot wait!

Seriously, if any of these bands clash at Slam Dunk I may will cry.
Definitely getting on The Wonder Years pre-order.
But do I get the tee on small or medium? Life can be difficult sometimes…
I don’t think I updated my own poster after the last announcement, so here it is. I’ve kind of massively gone off FYS since I added them to my poster, so I may remove them next time.
My top 5 ‘have to see’ bands are:

5) Mallory Knox
I’m seeing Senses Fail and Handguns the night before in Newcastle, so unless there is no one else even slightly worth seeing playing when they are, I won’t see them at the festival.
This is my afternoon.

We put some Pop Punk on at the party last night..
..to replace the dub step rubbish that had been on before and one of the girls turned to me looking pretty angry and said “you know it’s not 2006 anymore!!”
